It was 2017. Self-driving cars were becoming a reality, yet Shashank, our CEO, working at a law firm, found himself endlessly copy-pasting words on contracts. He recognized a critical gap in the legal industry—while technology was advancing rapidly in other sectors, contract management remained archaic.
This absurdity sparked a vision for change. Shashank joined forces with Madhav and Rohith, computer science experts from Carnegie Mellon, to revolutionize contract management. Their diverse backgrounds converged on a single mission: to free legal teams from mundane tasks and unlock their true potential.
