1Clique is founded by Ayman Badawi and Hani Majaj. Both of the founders are real HR people with combined experience in the HR field of more than 50 years. Operations will be based out of Dubai and will expand to Saudi Arabia and Qatar in year 2 and to Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman in year 3.
The company will create a “community” which is the group of companies that are subscribers to the system and which are provided benefits from being part of this group. It will generate revenues through 4 different lines of business:
I. Subscription: client will be offered yearly subscription to get access to the 1Clique system
II. Insurance: fixed fee generated by providing privileged discount offered to 1Clique
III. B to C: fixed fee generated by providing 1Clique members privileged discounts from other members of the 1Clique community
IV. B to B: fixed fee generated by exposing 1Clique members to the whole community by advertising their products
1Clique is introducing a unique and niche proposition to the UAE market by differentiating itself from the other players. It is the only company that provides a cloud based HR focused system that is targeting SMEs at competitive prices with local market knowledge and experience. 1Clique has also a competitive advantage when it comes to the community benefits it provides to its subscribers.
The 1Clique system is simple and extremely user friendly. It is focused on HR and therefore does not impose other features that SMEs are not interested in given the small size of their companies which makes its pricing much more competitive.
